The Printable Concept is an art store with a difference: positive social change while selling art prints exclusively as printables, meaning you receive them as soon as you purchase them.
What is The Printable Concept?
“An Art shop gone Rogue!” The Printable Concept is an art store with a difference: beyond selling chic posters online, they have a mission to create positive social change. Their way of giving back is to donate 10% of their proceeds to a fundraising campaign or crowdfunding project that aims to help an individual or a family in need. This could be done as fundraising for a loved one’s cancer diagnosis, aftercare following an accident, fertility treatments, or even replacing a pair of eyeglasses.
If you or someone you love is facing a challenge, let them know about your story and your online fundraising campaign, and contact them via the website.
“Not selling art like it’s 1999.”
Beyond their commitment to creating positive social change, what sets The Printable Concept apart from other art shops is the way they sell art. Their art prints are sold exclusively as printables (downloadable digital files), making all their artworks affordable and instantly accessible to everyone, everywhere.
The Printable Concept sells both its unique line of lifestyle typographical and graphical art prints and a curated collection of photography from emerging and established photographers worldwide.
About the founder
Founded by Julie, a Canadian artist, graphic designer and entrepreneur, now based out of Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., After studying Media and Communications at the Université du Québec, she worked in digital marketing and content creation for over ten years. She decided to combine her interest in interior design and her graphic design skills to work, creating stylish art prints that originally decorated her walls. When family and friends reacted well to them, she turned her hobby into a business selling art on Etsy in 2016. The Printable Concept was launched a year later.
